很多人都希望能过健康的生活。但有时却并没有充分认识健康的生活。在我看来，健康生活，包括身体和心理健康。人们需要健康的饮食和规律的锻炼来使我们的身体越来越健康。同时，人们还要记得心理健康也很重要。人们需要找到放松自己，每天保持好心情的方法。至少不要郁闷过久。只有当身体和心理都健康的时候人们才可以过健康的生活。
