　　There is a heated debate over what kind of job college graduates should choose. It is commonly accepted that great attention should be focused on the jobs that promise high salaries. In contrast,others show a preference for the jobs that offer chances to learn skills and advancement possibilities.
　　People holding the first view think that high salaries will result in more happiness. (They take it for granted that) with more money in hand, they will be able to enjoy a rich life. Otherwise, they will suffer from frustration and depression. However, the holders on the second view argue that people should develop their skills as roundly as possible. (In their view,) it is career development that counts most. Without development, people will be outrun by others and fall behind times.
　　Weighing up these two arguments, it is safe to say that career development is the right choose. first of all, career development may bring us long-term satisfaction while high salary would give us short-term happiness. Besides, a good career development will bring high salaries sooner or later. Therefore, I will give my vote to the career development first and then high salaries.
