　　由 to think that…构成的感叹句，表示惊讶及意外的情绪。如：
　　And to think that I trusted him！ 我竟然信任了他！
　　To think that I was once a billionaire！ 想想看！ 我还会是个亿万富翁呢！
　　that 从句有时用虚拟语气，且 that 有时也可省略。如：
　　Dear， dear！ To think that I should be late on this particular morning， of all others！
　　哎呀，哎呀！ 想不到偏偏要今天早上迟到！
　　To think he would come to anything like that！ 真没想到他竟有这样的下场！
　　To think that she should have died such a tragic death！ 没想到她会死得这样惨！
