　　二、招聘职位 工作地点：北京
　　德语/法语/意大利语/日语卖/英语 卖家支持专员
　　卖家支持专员是亚马逊和其商业伙伴的主要接口，负责给欧洲四国(法德意西)海外亚马逊平台上销售的商家提供专业，高质量，及时有效的业务支持。卖家客服专员将致力于解决长期的系统问题，推动流程改进，开发内部文档，为团队环境贡献力量，同时完成电话和邮件问题的服务级别。

　　工作职责：
　　1.与业务伙伴进行清晰，简洁，礼貌的沟通，包括书面沟通和口头沟通。
　　2.在德语/法语/意大利语任意一种语言环境下，理解并正确使用多种软件工具浏览浏览帐户，排除故障，解决问题。
　　3.相关知识，正确使用部门资源，政策和流程。
　　4.优秀的电话控制能力，确保有效沟通，专业服务，和有效信息。
　　5.积极勤奋的完成工作进度，确保能提供适时地支持。
　　6.积极寻求解决方案和定位问题，适时升级问题以寻求解决方案或建议，从而使问题得到解决。

　　基本要求：
　　1.本科同等及以上学历，德语/法语/意大利语相关专业。
　　2.一至三年客户服务工作经验或相关技术支持经验优先。可以接受轮休工作.
　　3.熟练使用Microsoft Outlook和MS Office Excel及其它Office应用程序。
　　4.优秀的逻辑思考能力和判断并解决问题能力。
　　5.认真负责，做事追求效率，讲求团队贡献。
　　6.在竞争环境中，能够按时完成内部和外部的多重工作任务。
　　7.熟练的德语/法语/意大利语其中一种语言读写能力，良好的英语读写能力。
　　工作时间：9:00am-6:00pm, 每2-3个月会轮到一周晚班时间为2:00pm-11:00pm (可在家办公) ，周末或节假日可能会值班(安排调休)

　　Communication Skills:
　　• Excellent written and read English and Chinese skills and an ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response.
　　• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex transactional issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
　　• Clear, crisp and proactive documentation of operational procedures required to tackle known risk related.
　　Problem Solving Skills:
　　• Demonstrated ability to work independently, make complex investigation decisions with little to no guidance, and analyze problems logically including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns.
　　• Self-disciplined, quick self-learning, diligent, proactive and detail oriented.
　　• Strong time management and organizational skills.
　　• Effectively prioritizes work time to ensure productivity and fulfills department standards for time spent.

　　Others:
　　• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
　　• Flexible schedule, including willingness to work on one of the days on weekends, and outside of the "standard" work day. Your shift will be either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday- Saturday, and may work at night shift.
　　• Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime hours as per business requirement.
　　1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, payments & banking (especially China-specific) domain or related field.

　　Preferred Qualifications
　　• Experience with operation process enhancement, data analysis and workflow optimization
　　• Experience with Buyer Protection Services, Merchant Trust Services is highly preferred.
