　　Confidence is essential for everyone. Only establishing confidence can we accomplish our goal. Nevertheless, many people especially teenagers are lack of confidence. What a serious problem! How to develop confidence?

　　First of all, we should aware of our own advantages. Though nobody is perfect, we can be proud of own advantages. In this way, we can adapt the pressure of contemporary society.Secondly, we are supposed to give ourselves a smile face. It's necessary to remember that not tire of life and look down on ourselves. Facing a mirror to smile, maybe we will feel confident. Finally, we shouldn't be afraid of failure and challenges. On the contrary, we should raise our courage to overcome these problems.

　　首先，我们应该意识到我们自身的优势。虽然没有人是完美的，但是我们可以以自己的优势而感到自豪。这样，我们才能够适应当代社会带来的压力。其次，我们应该给自己一个微笑。要记住，不要对生活感到厌烦并看不起自己。对着镜子笑，也许我们会感到自信。最后，我们不应该害怕失败和挑战。相反，我们应该有勇气去克服这些问题。

　　In a word, as a saying says,” Make the most of yourself, for that is all there is of you. "Confidence for us is an indispensable part of our life.

　　Recently the rise in phenomenon of the graduates signing up for the army has aroused public concern. According to a research, about 31% of graduates sign up for the army this year, which sets a new record during these ten years.

　　最近在高校毕业生现象的增加引起了公众的关注。根据研究表明，今年大约31%的毕业生报名参军，创下近十年来的记录。

　　The reasons why so many graduates sign up for the army can be complicated. First of all, most of them are attracted by the outstanding treatment. Besides, joining the army can release the pressure of looking for the job. Finally, a number of graduates treat the army as a group which can strengthen their bodies and train their mental strength.

　　那么多毕业生报名参军的原因是很复杂的。首先，大部分人是被其丰厚的待遇所吸引；除此之外，参军可以减轻找工作的压力；最后，有些毕业生把军队看作是可以加强身体素质和加强心理素质的一个群体。

　　As far as I concerned, I agree on the opinion that the army can train graduates well, but I doubt it can solve the problem of obtaining employment. So I call on treating signing up for the army properly.

　　就我而言，我同意军队可以好好的培养毕业生，但我对它能解决就业问题表示怀疑。所以我觉得应该参军也要适当。

　　It’s a good option for college students to join the army. Army is the important constitution in a country. Nowadays, many college students prefer to be soldiers. Why?

　　I want to join the army. My family is delighted to my decision. Because I want to be a great and strong woman and change my images in front of my friends. More importantly, I would like to experience the army life; I think it will be a colorful moment in my whole life.
