　　五月一日下午，我们三口和二姑一家兴致勃勃地来到了北京植物园。位于香山脚下的它一进门儿一排排粉红色的桃树就紧紧地抓住了我们的眼球：一骨朵儿一骨朵儿的桃花都绽蕾吐艳，花团锦簇。红的、白的、粉的，叫人目不暇接，眼花缭乱。我们继续往前走，我看到了一大堆儿让我叫不出名字的花儿、树儿，多亏有旁边的“花草树木大百科”帮忙，否则真会给人留下遗憾。刚转过一个小弯儿，我就被眼前花的海洋震撼了，这是什么花呢？原来是我最爱的郁金香。公园里上万株的郁金香全都绽放了，朱红色的艳丽动人；金黄色的阿娜多姿；紫蓝色的雍容华贵；而我最喜欢的是橙色却是淡雅清新，又是那么花色迷人。我们向前又走了八百米左右，又一股香气袭人，仿佛是香飘万里，我们立即沉醉在那香气之中了。眼前出现的那一簇簇丁香花，淡紫色的显得那么的华贵；白色的是那么的洁白无暇，它们相互簇拥着，在微风的吹动下多像一个花的摇篮啊！我们不知不觉地走进了牡丹园，那一株株牡丹风姿绰约，亭亭玉立，以其浓艳的姿容技压群芳，从而吸引了一群群采蜜的小蜜蜂，实在不枉“国色天香”之称。这个植物园实在是相当的大，园中还有许多花和树，有月季、玫瑰、杨树、柳树、侧柏、银杏、水杉品种齐全，举不胜举。

　　北京植物园不仅绿化了城市，陶冶了人们的情*，还吸引了千上万慕名而来的游客，为北京创造了一大笔财富。真是个宝地啊，我爱你，北京植物园！
