Since our learning burden was reduced, we have had much more time to enjoy ourselves and develop our own abilities.
Last Saturday, I, together with my friends Zhang Ming and Li Hua, went to the bookstore. We had intended to buy some books to be used as extra homework. But we found that there were so many wonderful books, such as Chicken Soup for the Soul, that we just could not bear to put them down. At last after much mental struggle, we each bought 5 books, including 3 different copies of Chicken Soup for the Soul, so that we could exchange after reading.
Of course I did not forget my academic study. After I finished my homework, I previewed what to be learned in the next week. I also went online to get some information about what I did not understand in my studies, from which I gained a lot of knowledge.
In a nutshell, reducing the learning burden not only gives us more time to have fun but also offers a freedom to develop on our own.
As a student I am very pleased to see that the burden of learning have reduced .Endless homework and classes made me crazy and we all hate learning,but we have no choice but to accept them . Now days the burden of learning gradually reduce: we need not to go to school so early, we have fewer jobs, on weekends and holidays we don't need to worry about making up a missed lesson .
We can have more free time to play games together with students and friends , have more time to rest, to see our favorite films and television, to read some interesting books. Have a good rest help us to meet the lessons more 0f spirit. Of course,we can not be completely study nothing.having free time means that we can make full use of time to improve learning with efficiency.All in all it is surely that reducing burden benefit all students.
Senior middle school students were heavily burdened with all kinds of homework. In the past, they spent about 6.5 hours in their classroom a day. At home, it took them 5 hours to finish their homework. So they only got less than 7 hours' sleep. Their free time was only three hours. As a result, their health was badly damaged.
Now the things are getting better. About five hours are spent in class and the time for homework had been reduced two hours. So that they have eight hours' sleep and also two more hours to do whatever they like.

Not only adults but also we students often feel stressed because we have too much homework to do, and we are very busy studying every day, we don’t have our own time to do what we are interested in. We are very tired and sleepy all day, so we should learn to deal with it. What should we do to relax?
From the result of the survey, I think doing sports with classmates is a good way to relax. Because it’s good for our health and it can make us relaxed.
I also have three ways to relax ourselves. First, we can listen to music. Second, we can go to the movies with our parents on weekends. Don’t study at home all the weekend. Third, when we feel tired, we can think about something interesting.

As an adult, we should have our own jobs to support ourselves.I think everybody feels the pressure in his/her position, especially those who work in private enterprise. If we do not deal with pressure properly, it may cause harm to the body. The body is the capital of revolution, without good body, we can’t do well in our jobs. So everybody should learn how to relieve work pressure.
作为一个成年人,我们都应该要有自己的工作来养活自己。我觉得每个人都会有来自他们工作岗位上的压力,尤其是那些在私人企业工作的人。如果我们不恰当处理压力,可能会对身体造成危害。身体是革命的本钱,没有好的身体,我们就不能好好地工作。所以每个人都应该学会如何缓解工作压力。
When you feel tired, you can stop and listen to the music, close your eyes and do the eye exercises, or you can go to the window to see the green scenery. Your eyes can get ease in a relatively short period through these methods. If time permits, you can stand up and walk into the hallway for a while, stretch your arms and kick the legs. After dinner, you can go for a walk, or have a run, physical exercise can make your body healthier, and the energy more abundant. But the most important thing is your attitude, no matter what you have to suffer, just believe in yourself and Keep smiling.
当你感到累了,你可以停下来听听音乐,闭上眼睛,做眼保健操,或者你也可以去看看窗外绿色的风景。通过这些方法你的眼睛可以在相对短的时间内得到休息。如果时间允许,你可以站起来到走廊上走一会儿,伸展你的胳膊,踢踢腿。晚饭后,你可以去散步,或者跑一下步,体育锻炼可以让你更加健康,精力更充沛。但最重要的是你的态度,不管要受多少磨难,你都要相信自己,保持微笑。
