　　Appendix：Instruction of Hokey Pokey

　　附：呵吉啵吉舞教程

　　1.Gather several people into a group and form a circle.

　　1.几个人聚集在一起，围成一圈。

　　2.While singing the "Hokey Pokey" song, follow the directions.

　　2.当唱"呵吉啵吉舞"的时候，跟着指示做。

　　3.Put your left leg into the circle.

　　3.将你的左腿向圈子里面伸进去。

　　4.Put your left leg out behind you.

　　4.将你的左腿伸向后面。

　　5.Put your left leg in again and shake it all about.

　　5.将你的左腿再一次向圈子里面伸进去，然后摇摆着左腿。

　　6.Put your elbows at your sides with your hands about shoulder height and do the hokey pokey, turning clockwise in a circle and alternately raising your hands a few inches.

　　6.将你的手肘贴着两侧，手大概放得和肩膀等高，做呵吉啵吉，即顺时针转一圈，或者，把你的双手提高几英寸。

　　7.Stop turning and clap your hands while singing, "That's what it's all about."

　　7.停止转圈，然后边唱"That's what it's all about"边拍手。

　　8.Repeat the entire dance, but change the body part to your right leg, then left arm, followed by your right arm, head, and finally your backside.
