Hello everyone!
During the Mid Autumn Festival, our most familiar activities are watching the moon and eating mooncakes.
The Book of Rites has long recorded the "autumn sunset", which means worshipping the moon god. In the Zhou Dynasty, there were festivals to welcome the cold and offer sacrifices to the moon every Mid Autumn Festival night. Set up a large incense table and display seasonal fruits such as mooncakes, watermelons, apples, pears, etc. Among them, mooncakes and watermelons are absolutely indispensable.
Mooncakes were originally made at home. In modern times, there were specialized workshops for making mooncakes, and the production of mooncakes became increasingly refined, with exquisite filling and beautiful appearance. The round moon symbolizes the reunion of people, the round cake symbolizes the longevity of people, and the moon cake conveys the longing for hometown and loved ones, hoping for a bountiful harvest and happiness. These have become the wishes of people all over the world.

Good morning everyone!
"Celebrate the Mid Autumn Festival and celebrate the reunion. Joy and laughter spread far and wide". The annual Mid-Autumn Festival on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month is one of the traditional festivals in China. Every Mid Autumn Festival, people return to their hometown to get together with their families and eat reunion dinner. They also eat moon cakes and watch the moon at night. In some places, there are also customs such as dragon dance and moon making.
Looking at the colorful fireworks, I couldn't help but think of the border soldiers stationed in the border and the police officers commanding traffic. They are holding onto their job positions for the stability of the country and the peace of the people at this moment, and cannot reunite with their families. Their spirit of "giving up their small homes for everyone" is an example for us to learn from.
Thank you for listening. I have finished my speech.
Good morning everyone!
The topic of our speech under the national flag today is "Sending to the Mid Autumn Festival".
The moon in the Mid Autumn Festival is the most beautiful, poetic and picturesque; The moon in the Mid Autumn Festival is the softest, as tender as water; The moon on the Mid Autumn Festival is the brightest, as bright as a mirror. Mid-Autumn Festival is a traditional festival in China. It is the second largest traditional festival after the Spring Festival, and is also considered to be the reunion festival of our Chinese people. Every day, many people who are far away from home rush home to get together with their parents, relatives and friends and have a good time.
The term 'Mid Autumn Festival' first appeared in the Zhou Dynasty. Why is it called "Mid Autumn Festival"? Because the 15th day of the eighth lunar month falls during the Three Autumn Festival, it is called the "Mid Autumn Festival". Mid-Autumn Festival also has many titles: "August Festival", "August Half", "Moon Festival", "Moon Festival", and so on.

Good morning
Flowers are similar year by year, but people are different year by year. We have just passed the annual traditional festival - Mid-Autumn Festival.
There are many ancient sayings about the Mid Autumn Festival that students are familiar with, such as "raising your head to look at the bright moon, lowering your head to think of your hometown", "I hope people will last for a long time, and we can share the beauty of the moon thousands of miles", "The moon is born on the sea, and the ends of the earth are at this moment", "The dew is white tonight, and the moon is bright in our hometown", and so on. Isn't it precisely because these beautiful sentences can penetrate the time and space of history and spread to this day that they convey endless longing for their hometown, family, and friends?
Finally, I wish everyone a full Mid Autumn Festival moon and a reunion.
Thank you all for listening. My speech is over.
Some of us are having problems with our parents, as they often look into our school bags or read our diaries. i fully understand why we are not comfortable about it, but there’s no need to feel too sad.
Our parents are checking our bags or diaries to make sure we’re not getting into any trouble. they have probably heard some horrible stories about other kids and thought we might do the same. or perhaps they just want to connect with us but are doing it all wrong. my suggestion is: tell them we want them to trust us as much as we’d like to trust them. if you don’t think you can talk to them, write them a letter and leave it lying around—they are bound to read it.
Thank you!
