2014年,我们又学到了好多新出现的英语词汇,世界杯上演咬人帽子戏法和佩西式,源自国外的冰桶挑战一度风靡;朋友圈营销让人又爱又恨,社交网站晒图炫富又是拉仇恨;大老虎的白手套引发无数好奇心,威廉姆斯自杀致微笑抑郁受关注。我们在生活中学习,又在学习中了解生活。

1. Ice Bucket Challenge 冰桶挑战

3. Dobe 逗比



Dobe is the Japanese slang word for “idiot”. Chinese youngsters use it to refer to a ridiculous person who is a stranger, or a funny one who is a friend.

逗比是日语里用来形容笨蛋的俚语。中国的年轻人用它来形容那些荒唐的陌生人或好笑的朋友。



We can comprehend this composite word as a funny 2B. Simply put, it means someone is funny, a little silly and cute. With its widespread use, more and more people consider it a neutral word. If we use it to




describe a stranger, we are more talking of a stupid stranger. If it alludes to a friend, then it is used to mock and make fun of the friend.

An easy like gives up their “likes” almost indiscriminately. Typically they will “like” almost any post you make, regardless of how mundane or unlikeworthy it actually was.

Friendvertising is the use of social media website „friends‟ to disseminate video adverts for products. Some videos have an apparently good message that people want to share and others are heart-warming or funny, but all are covert brand endorsements.
