CO2激光联合阿昔洛韦和薄芝糖肽注射液治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效观察 姚继兵 【期刊名称】《中国医药科学》 【年(卷),期】2018(008)024 【摘 要】目的探讨CO2激光联合阿昔洛韦和薄芝糖肽注射液治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效.方法选取本所收治的86例尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象, 随机分为观察组和对照组各43例.对照组患者应用CO2激光治疗, 同时口服阿昔洛韦分散片, 每次200mg, 每日5次, 观察组在对照组治疗的基础上, 联合使用薄芝糖肽注射液肌肉注射, 每天2次, 每次2mL.比较两组患者治疗后3个月的临床疗效, 全部患者均治疗后随访半年, 比较两组患者复发情况.比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后3个月T淋巴细胞亚群 (CD3+、CD4+、CD8+和CD4+/CD8+) 水平变化.结果两组患者经治疗3个月后, 治疗组患者的治愈率显著高于对照组 (P<0.05) .经比较两组患者6个月后的复发率, 治疗组的复发率显著低于对照组 (P<0.05) .经治疗3个月后, 治疗组的CD3+、CD4+和水平均显著高于对照组 (P<0.05), CD8+水平显著低于对照组, 治疗组的免疫功能显著优于对照组.结论CO2激光联合阿昔洛韦和薄芝糖肽注射液治疗尖锐湿疣能显著提高治愈率, 降低复发率, 改善患者的免疫功能.%Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of CO2 laser combined with acyclovir and bozhi glucopeptide injection in treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods 86 patients with condyloma acuminatum who were treated in our hospital were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into the observation groupand the control group, with 43 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with CO2 laser and oral acyclovir dispersible tablets for 200 mg each time and 5 times a day.On the basis of the treatment in the control group, patients in the observation group were injected intramuscularly with bozhi glucopeptide injection for twice a day and 2 ml each time.The clinical curative effectsof 3 months after treatmentin the two groups were compared.All patients were followed up for half a year after treatment and the recurrence of the two groups was compared. The changes of T lymphocyte subsets CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after treatment. Results After 3 months of treatment, the cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).After 6 months of treatment, the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The CD8+ level of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.
