Recommendation Letter To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is my formal recommendation for ****. She has been working in my company, CITIC Securities Ltd since April, 2014. At first, she serviced at the counter, I has heard her performance report from her direct leader and observed her for sometime, I found she was different from the other interns, so I have transferred her to customer service department. Now I know that she is applying for **** program at your school. I am glad to write this letter to recommend her for the admission.

The reason that I transferred **** to the customer service department was that she had done good jobs when she worked at the counter. She has shown her teamwork and diligence. She could get well along with our staff, and assisted them to accomplish kinds of jobs at the counter, such as opening an account, transfer of custody, cancellation of the designated trade and changing data. When she worked at the counter, it was at the peak time to conduct data-changing, lots of customers came to the counter to modify their due time data-changing. The counter was badly in need of staff. **** has strong learning ability, she learned from the old staff with an open mind. Moreover she was never late to his work. And she always kept record when she met with new things. So she was familiar with her job very soon. With the help of ****, the efficiency of the counter was upgraded. What she draw our attention was that she was familiar with margin financing business, she recommended our proper service to an older investor who lacked of knowledge about finance and computer , only made more conservative investment , mainly bought Principal Guaranteed Fund with low profit. ****succeeded in recommending our proper service to him after comprehensively analyzing the customer’s requirement and his risk-bearing ability, which increased our sales performance. She gained the customer’s trust with not only her finance knowledge but also her patient ad good communication. Her direct manager praised her many times.

Her direct leader considered that she was a promising one, therefore we gave her a good chance and transferred her to the customer service department as a certified


financial planner. What she has done verified our judgment. The client manager often reported her ability and performance in the new department. She soon adapted to the new job. And she was trained just like our formal employer. Her main job in the customer service department was to maintain and keep the VIP. She paid attention to the detail. As it was saying, the detail determined the success. She was a successful intern in my company. Furthermore, she was loyal to the VIP, and she never laid out the secret of the customer. As a result, she gained high satisfactory from the customers. She has also done good job in the customer service department. With her strong finance knowledge, she not only maintained the VIPs, but also she introduced new service to the VIPs. Her kindness and good communication has impressed the customers deeply. For many people, maybe it was difficult to deal with the old. But she gained praise from many old customers. She listened to the old patiently and explained to the old again and again in warm voice. She gained trust from the old with her warm-heart and passion.

In addition, she could arrange her time reasonably. She always arrived at office 10 minutes ahead our working time. She cleaned the office before our daily meeting. After meeting, she browsed the internet and gained the updated information. About 30 minutes later, she started to contact VIP or deal with business with VIP. Before day off, she sorted and filed kinds of bills. Some bills were scanned and sent to the headquarter as demand. She can deal with most business. For some business she made appointment with the customer and asked for the help from his client manager.

There are some interns in my company. And she has been the example of all the other interns. The other interns admired her and trusted her. We arranged her as a team-leader of all the interns. After work, she helped the other interns to solve their problem in job. She also helped us to follow their internship report.

It was said that she graduated form Nankai middle school. And she had gone to Germany in exchange for one year at high middle school. Her double-majored was financial and business in Beijing foreign economic and trade university and Canada Victoria university, well known as two plus two project. She had gained many fellowships as she did well in her study and she had gained A+ at the course of


macroeconomics, statistic, Money and banking and accounting.

To conclude, she differs from other interns, she not only has rich finance knowledge; but also has demonstrated her teamwork, leadership and good communication when she takes her internship in my company.
