My major was English, and i minored in finance, besides, I am also a trained interpreter. I can show you my certificates if it’s necessary. B: May I ask why you are interested in working for our company? A: Last week, I read your job advertisement in China Daily. I learned you had an opening for marketing manager. So I applied for this position. Your company is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of electronic products. In the past ten years, it has had an impressive growth record. Two years ago, you entered China’s market. At present, your products are enjoying a bigger market share in China. If I have the opportunity to work for this company, I believe I’ll be able to develop my abilities, and make some contributions to the company. B:Our company gives every person the opportunity to show their talents. And we treasure persons with ability.Ok! I found there’s there many reward on your resume. Er , Computer programming certificate of grade 2 3 &4, Spoken English ,and CET6. When did you get them .Did those influenced you course study on the class? A:Enhen ,I got those certifications in the spare my time. I’m hardworking all the time . I also earned a good score in class and ranked at top. B: Ok, can you tell me something about your hobbies, your characters A: Yeah, I like dancing and swimming, but not very good at them. As for my characters, I think I am an outgoing, responsible, and careful person. B: Well, Do you have any relevant work experiences? A: Yes, I have, after graduated; I worked for a telecom company for three years. B: May I ask why you quit? A: I think there were two reasons. First, I didn’t like the management there. Everyone in the company seemed to eat out of the same big pot. Our pay was not linked to our work performance and contributions. Second, there was no chance of promotion. It seemed to me that people were promoted by favoritism rather than based on their merit. B: Well, the last question. I am really satisfied with your all your answers and I think your performance is nearly impeccable, but obviously, nobody can be perfect, and we have kinds of weaknesses, What do you consider your greatest strength? A: Let me see… I would say that my greatest weakness is being too much of perfectionist in my work. Sometimes, I spend more time than necessary on a task, although I never missed the deadline, it is still an effort for me to know when to move on to the next task, and to be confident when assigning others work. B: Ok, thanks for your cooperation, if we made a decision, we will inform you immediately. A: Thank you for give me this opportunity. 本文来源:https://www.wddqw.com/doc/56c29dbe9c3143323968011ca300a6c30c22f1ad.html
