I think the four rising actions are 1. when Romeo first met Juliet; 2. when they met the second time where they were dating secretly; 3. when Romeo heard about Juliet's death (where Juliet isn't really dead); and 4. when Juliet pushes the sword into her chest in front of Romeo's coarpse. The turning point is when Romeo left town and the climax is when Juliet decides to drink the potion.
