生物医学工程-布朗大学-博士全奖 Dear Professor Darling: I am XXX, a master student in Columbia University, majoring in Biomedical Engineering. My current research in Columbia University focuses on the primary cilium, which is an extracellular organelle facilitating bone growth, with various experimental methods including genotyping, transfection and immunocytochemistry as well as immunohistochemisty. Since my undergraduate major is also BME, I'm skillful in basic cell and animal experiments as well. I’m very interested in your experiments especially the research focusing on the potential of stem cells to differentiate into specific cell type and the mechanism of stem cells communicating with their environment. In addition, the regenerative capacity of MSCs attracts me as well. During my undergraduate study, I conducted some research on MSCs in order to develop meniscus cells to help reconstruct damaged meniscus. I am curious about the characteristics of stem cells, and hope to have a better understanding about it. Now, I’m applying for the program related to my present research to continue my study. It will be my great pleasure if I can join your team and assist you stem cell engineering and other experimental methods of research. I am also wondering whether there’s any chance to be joined in your team from fall semester next year. Sincerely hope to get more information about you. My resume is attached, please take a look at it when you are convenient. Thank you for your time and best regards! 本文来源:https://www.wddqw.com/doc/85f356ef2379168884868762caaedd3382c4b570.html
