JISCO 2012 summary of new employee orientation On 24 oct 2011, I and JiuQuan iron and steel group signed a tripartite agreement, after four days on my birthday.For me, the signing of special significance.Because this is not only the first time I decided a big decision independently in my life , but also has finally reached a stage goal in life -- into the JISCO. After signed the contract , I've been looking forward to the future, from the received the JISCO company tripartite agreement return receipt, receive the notice until I reached the JiuQuan iron and steel group to report for duty. Everything in the step by step, as a university graduates, I've been imagine the work situation when I waiting the time to , because it is a first attempt to formal work for me, is also the first time I enter the society alone,finish the change of the role from students to the social people. But there are many problems during the process of thought. How should I do? The life in the school must be different from the new life , but how can I adapt and Integration into the new life?And so on.Question one by one,but a lot of I don't know how to solve, because I have no experience and knowledge in this aspect. But when I came to the JISCO , I found myself a lot of concerns are redundant, because the group company has already considered all the aspects for us.I have to say, the care of group company is very thoughtful and perfect for New recruits of college students .Especially induction training, in order to this simple four word’s interpretation, the company cost many power ,material resources and Financial resources for our smooth change prepared a too more than a month of careful rigorous system engineering - induction training.I am also the life for the first time, because once the upcoming changes and attend a so formal system learning training, I have a lot of feeling. There a few description about the process of training , I just want to talk about my feeling and gain. First of all, the leader of the human resources department contact with us left a deep impression on me, and though time is not long, but to employees approachable let us these puerile non-native people feel very kind. And they to our sincere and earnest but also gave us that the new comers many enlightenment and comprehension. The next is military training, at the beginning, the classmates skin many were sunburned by the strong sunlight , complain a lot, someone don't know that after we experienced the military training of high school and university ,so why we had to try again?But to military training for a few days later, I finally have different feelings.I feel the collective and found the place where I belong.Especially I was out of school to enter the society again after feel the collective powerful strength, one kind power is a collective itself, another kind power is collective bring me。Then in the process of military training in we went to visit the birthplace of the JIsco - JingTieShan iron ore.Here we see the different pictures from the city and the factory , the high altitude, cold, every year the outbreak of the BeiDa river flood, cold and wet mine hole, hard work of the workers.When we see phoenix mountain, visited the exhibition hall, when we also feel the mining of hard, we understand what is the spirit of jisco. what is the spirit of jisco human .What is the glory of jisco, what is the glory of jisco human.Utilizing the spirit of the sixteen words and not everyone can literally plait out to say out, it is condensed the innumerable jisco people's blood and sweat, tears and glorious , soul quintessence.Let me touched and shock.Let us that the new jisco people also feel responsibilities can not profane! Finally, we are learn the class about communication, security, law, be an upright person, work and personal development course in the classroom and theater. All of these excellent teachers ,they use an efficient and practical teaching methods to teach us a lot of that must be have but we haven't any basic skills and knowledge .
