My lifestyle
Everyone needs to eat well and do sports if he and she wants to have a strong. So do I.
I eat a lot of healthy food .For breakfast,I have some milk and a piece of bread,At noon,I like so beef,tomatoes, broccoli and rice for lunch. I like some cabbages,chicket and porridge for dinner.After every meal,I like eating an apple or other fruits,because there is a saying,''An apple a day keeps the doctor away,'' l also have junk food,but l know it's not good for our health,so l only eat it oncs a week.
l like playing sport such as playing volleyball,swimming running and playing other ball games .Exercise keeps me healthy,and it's also a good habit for us to exercise for at least one hour every day.
