飞扬英语之写作系列 讲练结合，步步提升 通知（Notice） 通知属于应用文，它是一种安排活动或布置工作时使用的文体，包括口头通知和书面通知。口头通知是当面向有关人员口授有关活动的信息，而书面通知是以布告的形式把事情通知给有关人员。 【例题展示】 你校学生会举办义卖活动以资助贫困地区儿童上学。请你写一份通知： ●介绍活动的目的 ●号召大家踊跃捐献不用物品，并参加义卖活动 ●义卖时间、地点：周六上午9点，校阶梯教室 注意：1. 词数100左右； 2． 可适当加入细节，以使内容充实、行文连贯。 参考词汇：义卖：Charity Sale；阶梯教室：lecture hall _______________________________________________________________________________ 【思路点拨】 1. 该作文为书面通知。作文时表达要符合通知的特点，开门见山，直奔主题。正确使用人称、时态和语态，文中应该用第三人称，邀请性的语句用第二人称；时态为现在时态，多为一般现在时。通知的要素是时间、地点、对象、事件具体内容、注意事项等。注意通知的语言特征。通知文字要求简洁明了，直截了当，还应该注意要有一定的逻辑顺序，篇幅要短小精悍。 2. 根据题中要求，该通知中正文应包括：1. 学生会举办义卖活动；2. 目的: 资助贫困地区儿童上学；3. 号召大家踊跃捐献不用物品，并参加义卖活动；4. 义卖时间、地点(周六上午9点，校阶梯教室)；5. 结束语。 3．要注意书面通知的格式：①标题。通知的正上方通常要有一个标题。书面通知多用Notice或NOTICE，有时口头通知也可用Announcement。②落款。书面通知要落款，写出发出通知的人或单位名称。落款一般写在通知的右下角。③日期。口头通知因是现场发布，不需要日期，但书面通知要写日期。布告式通知的日期一般写在最后一行，即左下角，要低于落款；有时书信式通知的日期可写在右上角。 4. 注意：如果是口头通知，则还应该包括以下内容：开头语。口头通知往往要有呼语，如Boys and girls，Ladies and gentlemen，等。口头通知开始往往要用上“Attention，please！”；“May I have your attention，please?” ； “Be quiet，please”，其后加上I have an announcement to make.结束语。结束语前常用“Please attend it on time”；“Do be present on time”；“Everyone is／All are welcome／expected”，“Don’t be late”之类的句子。结束时可加上“That’s all”，“Thank you!”之类的客套话。 【范文展示】 Notice ①The Students’ Union of our school is scheduled to hold a Charity Sale on Saturday to raise money for children in the poverty-stricken area. ②The efforts to be made are to support these children to continue their school education. ③You are kindly asked to donate some of your items temporarily not used by you and that might be of some use to others, such as some school supplies and used textbooks. 友情提示：内容原创 不得侵权，违者必究 飞扬英语之写作系列 讲练结合，步步提升 ④At 9 am. this Saturday, the Charity Sale starts at the lecture hall of our school.
