英语作文：记一次英语演讲比赛 An English Speech Competition Last week, I participated in an English speech competition. It was a great experience for me. I was nervous before the competition, but I was determined to do my best. Before I started, I took a deep breath, and reminded myself to be confident. The competition was divided into two parts. The first part was a prepared speech. I chose a topic about the importance of sports in our daily life. I tried to make my speech interesting and informative.
