你是一家服装厂公司的总经理，Mr. Smith先生写信告知你所预订的衬衣样品还未送到，请你写信告诉他发生了什么事情。你的回信内容包括：

1.对样品未按时到达表示道歉。

2.样品迟到原因是生产部经理因病请假一周

3.已从生产部经理那得知样品已经上路，将在3天后到达。

4.样品颜色只有三种可供选择，不能满足他要求的5种，对由此造成的不便表示道歉

Mr. Smith:

Greeting.

I am so sorry about that the samples of shirts still do not arrive.I make a deep apology to my mistake.I will deal with this problem as possible as can.I promise that it will not happen again.The reason of my fault is the manager of product department is sick so he had been absent for nearly one week.Other staffs did not know about these samples,so nobody prepares samples for you.But do not worry about that,the manager of product department has already cured.He told me that the samples of shirts has already on the road,they will arrive in three days.Apologize to you again for wasting your time.But our samples will not make you despair.

In another point,we just can provide three colors for you in samples.I wants to provide 5 colors as you wish,but our product department can not put so much attention on some samples,If you want to take the whole samples which have five colors,you can make an apointment with techology department,the manager of this department will show the samples for you.But it will take you more time.That's our fault,we arestill progressing our system.
