When spring is over, the summer begins. Chinese ancestors found the regular rule and they treated the fifth or sixth of May as the Beginning of Summer. From that day, the weather will become hot and most people start to wash their winter clothes. Beginning of Summer is not an official day that will be celebrated by the public. It is just a sign to show the coming of hot weather, so as to let people pay attention to keep away from hot weather. The old people trend to make some food to keep their body from getting hot, while the young people don’t have much action, and they just get used to it, or when they feel bad, they will take a break. Our body changes with the weather, so we need to make some changes to stay healthy.

World Asthma Day is on the first Saturday of May, it is a day to call for the public and the patients to pay attention to asthma and master more information of this sickness, so as to make better precaution. Nowadays, the problem of pollution has become serious. In some areas, the nature punishes people by bringing the bad weather, such as the great haze, which damages people’s health badly. Many children can’t breath well and they get sick easily. The polluted air makes them suffer from asthma. If people know more about the disease, they can take care of children well and make some action to prevent the infection. The key to prevent the disease is to protect the environment, at the same time, we need to take regular exercise.

世界哮喘日是在5月的第一个星期六，是呼吁公众和患者关注哮喘病的日子，也让大家更加的了解这种疾病，以便更好的进行预防。如今，污染问题已经变得非常严重。在有些地方，大自然给人们带来了恶劣的天气，比如雾霾严重损害人们的健康。许多孩子因为天气不好容易生病，被污染的空气使他们患上哮喘。如果人们对这种疾病了解得更多，就能更好地照顾孩子，并采取一些措施来预防这种感染。预防疾病的关键是要保护环境，同时也要经常锻炼。

In the old society of China, when the government went corrupted and made the great fail in foreign policy, which annoyed the public, the young generation in the old Beijing walked on the street and protested the government’s decision. As a result, people from all walks of life joined the activity and supported the young people’s action. As the great influence of this incident, people named May 4th as the Youth Day to in honor of the young generation’s effort in pushing the society forward. It is true that the youth dominates a country’s future. Due to their effort, our society goes much further. Every student should embrace the grateful heart and have the consciousness to fight for the country. Though we are lucky to born in a peaceful country, we need to be equipped with skills and make contribution to the society.

在中国旧社会，在政府*，在外交政策上也遭遇大失败的时候，公众愤怒了，老北京的年轻一代走到街头*政府的决定。结果，各行各业的人都参加了活动，并支持年轻人的行为。由于这一事件的巨大影响，人们将5月4日定为青年节，以纪念年轻一代推动社会发展的努力。诚然，年轻人主宰着一个国家的未来，他们的努力，使得我们的社会走得更远。每个学生都应该抱着感恩的心，拥有为国家而战的意识。虽然我们幸运地出生在一个和平的国家，但我们需要拥有技能，并为社会做出贡献。
