一、考试目的
初中毕业生学业考试英语听说考试的目的是:落实《义务教育英语课程标准(2011 年版)》和广东省教育考试院每年颁发的《初中毕业生英语学业考试大纲》有关要求,促进中学英语教学改革,提高学生运用英语进行交际的能力,从而进一步推进素质教育。
二、考试要求
1.能比较连贯地朗读相当于课文难度的短文或对话,语音语调基本正确。
2.能结合《话题项目表》,围绕日常生活中的有关话题传达有关信息。
3.能结合《话题项目表》和《功能意念项目表》,进行口头表达和询
问信息。
三、考试内容
1.广东省教育考试院《2016 年初中毕业生英语学业考试大纲》的“语音项目表”内所要求内容;
2.广东省教育考试院《2016 年初中毕业生英语学业考试大纲》的“功能意念项目表”内所要求内容;
3.广东省教育考试院《2016 年初中毕业生英语学业考试大纲》的“话题项目表”内所要求内容;
4.广东省教育考试院《2016 年初中毕业生英语学业考试大纲》的词汇表中的所有词汇和短语。
四、试卷构成
英语听说考试采取“人机对话”形式进行,共四大题,英语听说考试满分为25分。
1.语音测试(计5 分)
(1)目的:考查考生的语音能力,包括语音、语调是否正确、自然,语气是否恰当,是否具备较强的模仿能力。
(2)要求:能够比较熟练地运用英语语音知识模仿朗读篇章或对话。模仿朗读的内容呈现在屏幕上。
2.信息获取(计12 分)
(1)目的:考查考生听取信息,包括获取主旨要义、关键信息、说话者意图的能力,以及通过回答问题的方式转达信息的能力。
(2)要求:能听懂信息、筛选信息和传达信息。
3.信息转述及询问(计8 分)

(1)目的:考查考生听取信息、记录信息、询问信息的能力,对话题知识及情景的理解能力,组织文段的语篇能力和表达过程中的策略能力。
(2)要求:能根据录音和思维导图提示,选择正确信息并连续说一段话,然后根据情境和要求询问信息。
五、试题样题

一、模仿朗读(共5 分)
听以下短文一遍,给你30 秒钟的时间准备,然后模仿朗读。当听到“开始录音”的信号后,请在70 秒钟内朗读短文,当听到要求“停止录音”的信号时,应立即中止朗读。
John used to have a computer in his bedroom, but not now. Yesterday his mum took it away. She
said he was playing too many computer games. She wants him to do more homework. She decided to put
the machine in the sitting room. Now when John uses the computer, his mum can see him. He can’t play
games anymore.
