Can you believe that a boy who is about 8 years old is the master of giving advice on love relationship? This funny incident happened in America. A little boy was doing his business on the street, he earned just one dollar each person. Of course, people did not come for advice, and all they needed was a good listener.
你能相信一个8岁左右的男孩是爱情专家么？这个有趣的事件发生在美国。一个小男孩正在街上做他的生意，他从每个客人身上得到一美元。当然人们不是来听他的建议，他们需要的是一个忠实的聆听者。

Most people feel depressed today. In the public occasion, the powerful person is in charge of everything, who is the shinning star and enjoys to be followed by others. While most people have less chance to express themselves. Sometimes they need to listen to their inner voices, that’s why the little boy’s business is favored.
如今很多人都会有些抑郁。在公共场合，一些有头有脸的人平时都是主管一切，是耀眼的明星，享受着别人的崇拜。然而大多数人都缺少诉说情绪的机会。有时候他们也需要倾听自己内心的声音，这就是小男孩的生意受到青睐的原因。

To be a good listener can help us to learn things. Once a celebrity said that a good listener was not only popular everywhere, but after a while he also got to know something. When we learn to know how others feel about the same incident, we start to consider the way we deal with it. Am I too forced? Or do I forget others? So we can know better how to deal with things next time.

In the coming of the new year, Chinese government has announced an important policy to protect the animal. That is the ivory trade will be completed banned by the end of 2017. This policy has been favored by people from all over the world, and they gave their applause to the government.
新一年的到来，中国政府宣布了一项重要的政策来保护动物，象牙贸易将在2017年底彻底禁止交易。这个政策受到了来自世界各地人们的支持，他们给政府送上了掌声。

Though the world is advocating protecting the environment all the time and a lot of effort has been made, still some animals are being hunted by the greedy humans. As the saying that no trade, no kill, for the components of some animals’ skin make up of the luxury products, so the ivory and skin of crocodile are always the hottest stuff in the market. Some businessmen go on their illegal trade for the purpose of making more profit.
尽管全世界一直都在提倡保护环境，也做出了很多努力，但是仍然有些贪婪的人去猎杀一些动物。就像那句话说的，没有买卖，就没有杀害。因为一些动物的皮肤成分是奢侈品的材料，所以象牙和鳄鱼皮在市场上一直很热门。一些商人进行非法贸易的目的就是获取更多的利润。

The profit is the everlast motivation for people to kill animals. Though some laws have carried out to protect the animals, it can’t stop the greedy people. The most efficient way is to advocate people refuse to buy relative products. The combination of the law and people’s act can protect the animals thoroughly.
利润是人们杀害动物永恒的动力。尽管颁布了一些保护动物的法律，但是也无法阻止那些贪婪的人。最有效的方法是提倡人们拒绝购买与之有关的产品。法律和人们的行动可以彻底保护动物。

Generally, from Monday to Friday, 9 o’clock to 17 o’clock is the working time. Most people do their work according to the working time, only a few people finish their work that is measured by task. In my opinion, task-based work is the most efficient way to finish job.
一般来说，工作日早上9点到下午17点是工作时间。大多数人的工作内容都是以工作时间而定的，只有少数人是以任务为衡量标准的。在我看来，任务型的工作是完成工作最适当的方式。

For some people, they just sit in the office and accomplish nothing in the whole day. They wait for the hour to end their working time. But for the task-based work, once people finish the task, they are free to do what they want, then they will have great motivation to finish job. More creative work will be discovered when people use their brainstorm.
对一些人来说，他们只是坐在办公室整天无所事事坐等下班。但对于任务型工作的人，一旦完成这项任务，他们就可以随意地做他们想做的事，这样他们就会有动力去完成工作。头脑风暴有利于挖掘越来越多富有创造性的工作。

More and more new companies have realized the importance of task-based work. As more young people start their own business, they are challenging the old way of working. Indeed, when the work needs more creative ideas, task-based way is much efficient. It keeps people to work with passion.

Time-based work is not out of date, but in today’s working situation, task-based work is more potential.
