He said we should not encourage rural children to go to university, because almost all of them will not go back to their hometown. If all the children do what the representatives said, they don’t go to university, just stay in hometown, doing the things like their ancestors. What a disaster, the country never develops in this way. A country only develops with new knowledge. As for the reasons, the leading factor I take into consideration is that the armed force in China is getting stronger and more solidified, which will protect civilian safety better.
