微软中国招聘学历要求:2016上海微软中国招聘项目经理实习生

To be successful in this position, you must have product planning experiences, strong passion for the customer, great communication skills and problem solving skills. A demonstrated track record of creating new products and features is a must. A deep understanding data technologies and the design and operation of cloud services is a plus.
Requirements:
• professional experience in designing, developing and shipping high quality commercial enterprise product (database, operating system etc.).
• program management experience, with strong track record in product planning and direct customer engagement, and the ability to think holistically and critically.
• Strong technical background and problem solving skills, and solid foundation on software engineering principles and software architecture design.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines.
• Knowledge in one of the major object-oriented programming languages: C , C# or Java is a big plus.
• Background or knowledge in .NET Framework and distributed systems is a big plus.
• BS/BA or MS in Computer Science, engineering or related disciplines preferred.
