实时三维超声与斑点追踪技术评价房颤患者射频消融术前后左房结构及功能重构的临床价值 汪婧;江峰;刘表虎;朱菲菲;王嶒 【期刊名称】《中国超声医学杂志》 【年(卷),期】2017(033)002 【摘 要】目的 探讨实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)与斑点追踪技术(STI)评价房颤患者射频消融术前后左房结构及功能重构的临床价值.方法 利用RT-3DE分别获得33例阵发性房颤患者消融术前、术后3d、术后6个月及25例健康志愿者的左房最大容积、最小容积、射血分数(LAVmax、LAVmin、LAEF),经STI测得各组左房壁左室收缩期峰值应变率、左室舒张早期峰值应变率、左房收缩期峰值应变率(SRs、SRe、SRa).结果 (1)与对照组相比,术前LAVmax、LAVmin增大,LAEF、SRs、SRe、SRa减小.
