Fan Jinshi is a major in archaeology at Peking University, when she went to Dunhuang for internship, because the conditions in Dunhuang were extremely difficult, it was all soil, and the water was salty, she could not work because of the water and soil, and then she had to go home to recuperate. After graduation, he returned to Dunhuang again because of the urgent need for archaeologists in Dunhuang. "Cold and summer, years change, and my husband gathers less and leaves more." In 2019, Grandma Fan Jinshi was awarded the title of "Outstanding Contributor to Cultural Relics Protection", "National Honorary Title" and "Most Beautiful Strivers".
