Working Paper 1.1 Committee: Economic and Financial Committee Topic: Measures to maintain international Financial Security Sponsor: Kenya, USA,Argentina ,Japan Kenya believes that a fast-response international urgent system should be established in order to resolve the financial crisis. To the realization of this we suggest: 1. Establishing a fast-response system to: a. Supporting Lesser-Developed Countries (LCDs) and other countries greatly influenced in financial crisis with economic aid; b. Estimating dominant foreign investment in member countries of this fast-response system in order to decrease the instability factors of foreign capital; c. Encouraging trade; 2. Requesting member countries to: a. Providing financial support towards this fast-response system by Industrialized countries and countries who are in favor of this system in following aspects: I. II. III. Repaying government obligations; Lowering domestic interest rates; Encouraging investment to member countries; b. Lowering both import and export tariff to members in order to stimulate the economy; c. Providing priority in certain fields by countries receiving aid from the system; 3. Tackling financial panel of experts providing : a. guiding suggestions on stabilizing domestic economy and sustainable development; b. Supervising the employment of economic aid provided by member countries; c.
