How language affects cross-border E-commerce

There is no doubt about the importance of language to cross-border e-commerce. The first step to contact international customers is to do business in their native language. According to consumers' buying habits, customers are more inclined to buy products on platforms established in their own language, even if they know English. Of course, most shopping platforms have local language shopping websites.

The most common non English languages are Spanish, Korean, Japanese, French and Chinese. In order to facilitate the communication between people in different languages, many countries will have a second language.
