Pingdi Liulian Primary School, founded in Sep. 1985, was once a village primary school on the north of Shenzhen and then promoted to be the First-grade School of Guangdong Province in 2004. We now have 20 classes of 1013 students. And we have a team of 57 dedicated and energetic teachers, including 46 teachers with bachelor‟s degree and 11 with college degree. All teachers in our school have reached the academic standard. The school has an area of 25,342 m2 and a green area of 12,785 m2, namely the green coverage rate reaches 62.34%. The school can accommodate 24 classes and has a teaching building, a complex building and a dormitory building. We have a fairly complete advanced teaching facilities and equipment, including computer room, music room, dance room, art room, calligraphy room, reading room, e-reading room, archives, team office, audio-visual room, science laboratory, technology activity room, students‟ theater, information master control room etc to meet students‟ all-round development . We have rich network resources, including many repository such as wisdom park repository, and all kinds of instructional software such as the coastline teaching software, safety education resource, KOKO instructional software and library collection of 38720 books. We also has a table tennis training hall, a fengyu gymnasium ,a library, a 200-meter annular tracks, a standard football field and two standard basketball courts. Since its foundation, the school has set the management philosophy of “form a good habit, prepare for students‟ lifetime happiness” and has set the Goal of Running the School of “high grade, deep connotation, good quality, distinctive characteristics” The school is promoting the strategy of scientific research development school.
