太极的起源英语作文

Taiji has a strong power, hidden under the seemingly gentle and slow movements on the surface, like a calm sea surface, but it is full of twists and turns in my heart. This is the Taijiquan I practiced. It originates from the self-cultivation art of Taoism and combines the yin-yang theory of Zhouyi and the meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
