It was a sunny day, but I was anxious, nervous and meanwhile, a little excited, for I was waiting for the arrival of my university admission notice. It was not until 3 pm that I finally waited the arrival of a green mail car full of hope. Only when I got the admission notice, did I believe that I was really admitted to my dream university—…university. It not only meant my past efforts and persistence not in vain, but also meant that I would say goodbye to the dull high school life, and step into the colorful university life. I was so happy and immediately called my parents to tell them the good news, and then teachers and classmates. What an unforgettable day! Keeping healthy is a thing that people always care about all the time.Our school holds a lesson about it.Now let me tell you something about it. Keeping healthy means someone has a balanced diet,being active in activities with a good mood.That's the reason why people always attrach the importantce to keep healthy.In addition,you should do something to keep healthy so that you can avoid sick,such as running in the morning,playing basketball after school,playing football at the weekend and so on.It will help you grow healthily. Unless you keep healthy,you will ill.First,you should keep a balanced diet，you can choice to eat energy food.However,as part of a healthy diet,eat fruit and vegetables are also important.Second,you should do exercise to keep it fit every day.It can help you keep the weigh.Above all,keeping a good mood is as important as rhose.You should smile more often. That's all of keeping healthy.Hope you have a balanced diet. My favorite holiday is New Year. It is a very important festival in Chinese culture. In fact, it's thehighlight of the year. Everyone returns home for a family reunion.We have a big feast and chat about all the things that have happened in our lives. People also visit each other. We exchangegifts and good wishes for the next year. New Year is especially fun for kids. That's because we get presents and treats, including red envelopes filled with money. We also get to set off fireworks. But we never forget that this holiday is a time to give thanks. We feel grateful for our family and the things that we have. Finally, we think about the future and the great year ahead. Lin Dan is a badminton winner of the world and he also is a hero in my mind.He was born in Oct.14th,1983. When he was a 5-yeat-old boy, he started playing badminton. I know that he has been keen on playing badminton. When he was 18 years old, he entered the badminton team of China and won the third place of a competition in 2002. From then on, he began to be noticed. After many years of hard work, he became a sports star. He is my hero because of his sportsmanship. He insists on his dream and to try his best to make it come true that to be a super sport stat. He never gives up if he is in a big trouble about playing badminton. He is a brilliant man. By the way, he got a degree by himself. What an amazing man he is! I learn from him many things. He is influencing for me by his behavior. I will insist on my dream as well as he. To be my own hero and follow the sun in my heart and learn to face the difficulties myself when I'm in difficulties.
