1997年,亚洲金融危机席卷了整个韩国,韩国经济几乎陷于瘫痪。而它们引以自豪的大型企业集团更是陷入了经营困境,进一步阻碍了韩国经济的复苏。经济危机后,韩国政府采取了许多措施,扶持大型企业集团,取得了一定的成绩,韩国经济呈缓慢上升态势。但是2003年现代集团董事长郑梦宪的自杀事件又对韩国大型企业集团的恢复蒙上了一层阴影。曾经创造“江汉奇迹”韩国大型企业集团的发展模式再次遇到了挑战。 由于我国和韩国在文化上的相似性,改革开放以后,韩国的大型企业集团发展模式对发展中的中国企业集团产生了巨大的影响。金融危机后韩国企业集团的全方位溃败,以及当前韩国企业集团的困境,都给我国企业集团敲响了警钟。韩国企业集团的问题我国企业是否存在?将来会不会遇到?是否有些问题现在就可以避免?可以采取什么应对措施? 所以分析和研究韩国企业大型集团发展模式对起步期的中国企业集团有着重大的借鉴意义。 本文主要分为四部分 第一部分,主要分析了韩国大型企业集团的发展历史。韩国企业集团发展共分为五个阶段,从起步到现在的缓慢恢复期,每个阶段都在发展规模、政府政策等方面都有明显的特征。本章最后结合欧美企业集团发展史,分析了韩国企业集团发展的历史进程特征。 第二部分,主要分析韩国企业集团发展模式的特征。本章主要从四个方面具体展开,首先是韩国企业集团与政府的关系。其次是韩国大型企业集团治理结构与组织结构,再次是韩国大型企业集团与中小企业的关系是其多元化的企业集团发展战略,最后分析了韩国企业集团的多元化发展战略。各部分穿插了穿插了与日本、台湾、欧美企业集团模式各自特征的比较。结合以上特征,本章的结尾对韩国大型企业集团对韩国经济的积极和消极意义作了总结。 第三部分,主要从实证角度对韩国企业集团发展模式进行比较分析。本章选取了三星、现代为研究对象,从战略、企业文化、处理危机能力、集团治理的方面比较了它们各自的具体发展模式,试图获得对我国集团发展有意义的东西。 第四部分,主要论述了韩国企业集团发展模式对我国的借鉴。本章首先介绍韩国大型企业集团发展模式对我国的借鉴摘要了我国企业集团的发展现状和历史,其中一些方面与韩国作了比较,从而阐明了韩国企业集团发展模式对我国的借鉴意义。本章的最后从四个方面分析了韩国企业集团发展模式的借鉴,包括企业治理、与中小企业关系、多元化发展战略、与政府关系。并结合我国实际,提出了相应的发展规划。 In 1997, Asian financial crisis swept across the whole Korea S.,S.Korean economy was nearly at a standstill. And the large-scale enterprise group that they regarded it as an honour has fallen into the predicament of managing especially, and hindered the recovery of S.Korean economy further. After the economic crisis, S.Korean government takes a lot of measures for supporting the large-scale enterprise group, having obtained certain achievement, S.Korean economy keeps rising slowly. But the suicidal incident of Zheng MengXian , President of Hyundai Group will cover with a layer of shade to the recovery of the large-scale enterprise group of Korea S. in 2003. The development model that once created the S.Korean large-scale enterprise group of" JIANGHAN miracle" has been met and challenged again.Because our country and Korea S. are similar on culture, after reform and opening-up, the large-scale enterprise group development model of Korea S. has a enormous impact on developing Chinese enterprise group. S.Korean enterprise group after the financial crisis is omni-directional and routed , and the predicament of the present S.Korean enterprise group, sound the alarm for the enterprise group of our country. The S. Korean enterprise group develops and is divided into five stages altogether, from starting to present slow convalescence, there are obvious characteristics in developing scale , government policy etc. at each stage. This chapter combined theAmerican-European development history of enterprise group finally, analysed the historical process characteristic of development of S.Korean enterprise group.Second part ,The author analyses the characteristic of the development model of S.Korean enterprise group mainly. This chapter is launched from four respects concretly mainly, it is the S. Korean enterprise group and the government"s relation at first. Secondly it is Korea S."s large- scale enterprise group administration structure and institutional framework , it is that a relation between the large-scale enterprise group of Korea S. and small and medium-sized enterprises is their pluralistic development strategies of enterprise group again, analysed the pluralistic development strategy of the S.Korean enterprise group finally. Every part has woven in the comparison with Japan , Taiwan , American-European each characteristic of mode of enterprise group. Combine characteristic the above, ending of chapter this Korea S. large-scale enterprise group economy positive and passivism meaning act as the summary to Korea S. correctly.The third part, Carry on comparative analysis to the development model of S.Korean enterprise group in terms of real example mainly. This chapter has been chosen Samsung and Hyun-Dai group. The author compared their one"s own concrete development model from strategy , corporate culture , power to dispose of crisis , respect that the group managed , attempt to get and develop the meaningful thing to the group of our country.The fourth part ,the author have described the reference of our country of the development model of S.Korean enterprise group mainly. This chapter has introduced current situation of the development and history of the enterprise group of our country at first, some of respects have been compared with Korea S., thus expounded the reference meaning in our country of the development model of S.Korean enterprise group.
