Responsibilities
Exec ute Talent Acquisition strategies to identify and attract top talent for the company
Coordinate yearly and monthly headcount plan
Coordinate headcount approval process and the candidate information in data base
Communicate with Hiring Managers to understand the recruiting needs and job requirements, and advise on most appropriate action to take
Continue to build candidate pools and talent pipelines in order to fill positions in a timely manner, and identifying and approaching active and passive candidates through internal and external channels, including social media
Organize special candidate events (career fairs, professional events, etc.)and promotion activities
Screen applications, conduct behavioral based interviews, assess and select the most appropriate candidates to present to the hiring manager based on required skill sets, qualifications and competency requirements
Coordination of interview scheduling with the candidate and hiring manager
Communicate with Hiring Managers regularly regarding the status of the recruiting process
Conduct reference/background checks, extend formal offers of employment,
Accurately enter all new hires into Workday and other required systems/reports
Train the hiring managers on competency selection, interviewing skills, recruiting processes and selection toolsto ensure proper hiring procedures are followed
Analyze short-term and long-term hiring needs and advise relevant stakeholders on labor market availability and sourcing strategy
Prepare sourcing statistics and other reportingas needed
Requirements
Master Degree, majored in Human Resources Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good communication skill
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong client/customer service focus.
Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and demonstrate flexibility.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
.Proficiency with Web-based resume search and posting engines.
Sound business ethics and show consistency between principles, values and behaviors.
Proven track record of filling positions efficiently and effectively.
Position Identification
Position Title: Product Engineer – Testing
Location: Dalian, Liaoning, China
Reports to:Product Engineering Manager
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Lead DV/PV plan creation and update for clutch and damper components sourcing validation;
Lead customer return module analysis and inspection;
Lead functional test program creation, test implementation, data evaluation and report issue for product investigation;
Lead new test bench introduction including technical specification writing, technology discussion with potential supplier, pre and final acceptance attendance on-site;
Technical communication interface between plant and technical center in Germany;
Support and consult for other departments such as Quality, ME and production.
Requirements / Qualifications
Master degree with mechanical, electrical education background;
Experience with Matlab, Famos or similar software programing is preferred;
Fluent English level in both oral and writing is must;
Open-minded, detail focused, high learning, motivation, down-to-earth personality.
