  温馨提示:应届生写简历的5大要点

  1、要坚决摒弃表格模式的简历

  完全没有任何意义,毕竟不是小学生写作文了,而且表格模式的简历,在阅读的过程中也较易使HR产生疲倦感。

  2、尽量可能的用简洁的语言把你的某项活动或经历细化描述

  听上去可能有些拗口,这些细化的描述,会引导HR问你一些已有准备的问题。关于经历部分的书写,很多简历都只是简单的列举了下,这样是远远不够的。HR希望看到的是,某项活动中你涉及了哪些方面的工作、举得了什么样的成就。当然,如果你的简历很简单,HR会自己挖掘这些内容,但是把主动权交给HR,是不是意味着你在面试开始的时候,就已经落后别人很大一截了呢?

  3、对于部分经历很多的同学,建议在投不同公司不同工作岗位的时,候选取不同的经历来编写相应的简历。

  比如说你要去面一个sales岗位,就应该着重介绍与自己沟通能力相关的经历。

  4、简历里的一切内容自己要烂熟于心,涉及任何字的任何一个问题自己都要事先准备好。

  可以事先找别的同学一起互相面,来找出任何可能的问题。确保信息真实,对于那些夸大的信息,自己也要有把握。一旦发现你在说谎,你录取的几率就是0。

  5、应届生紧接着要写的就是教育背景问题,分段注明时间、学校、专业、学位就好,这点上没什么技术难度,要注意的话还是两个字:美观。
