模式：表示歉意+说明理由+提出弥补措施+请求原谅

道歉信是由于自己的疏忽失误而向对方表达歉意并出于诚意写出具体弥补办法。

第一段首先亮出写作目的并简单阐述该物品的状态：I am writing to make an apology to you for+句子(表明事件因由)。
