　　What you’ll need 　　To be considered for the programme, you will be a graduate who: 　　• Perform a mix of development, business analysis, hands-on designing, production support and face off to several user groups. 　　• Willingness to engage with business users and key IT stakeholders outside of direct area of responsibility and manage expectations. 　　• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and analytical skills 　　• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning ability. 　　• Strong commercial focus - sensitive to business needs and is solution orientated 　　• High standard of written and oral communication and strong presentation skills

The recruitment process starts simultaneously. Please submit your application at your earliest convenience. 　　2. Q: If your company does not visit my university, can I still apply? 　　A: Yes. While we host many events on and off campus across the world, there is a limit to the number of different universities we can visit. We actively encourage applications from candidates from all universities who meet our criteria. 　　3. Q: What information would be required to be presented in my CV? 　　A: Mandatory information would be your personal information, education and project experience. Other supplementary material, such as technical training certificates or competition certification, would be a plus for your CV. 　　4. Q: Will I required submitting both my Chinese and English CVs? 　　A: Yes. Please submit your CVs in both languages as attachments. 　　5. Q: I am currently overseas. What if I could not join face-to-face interviews in the 2nd half of 2016, am I eligible to submit my application? 　　A: We welcome applicants from any nationality and diverse cultural background.
