河南工程学院毕业论文 题 目:冷轧堆工艺在染整加工中的应用及发展 学生姓名 阮 琴 系(部) 材料与化学工程系 专 业 染 整 技 术 指导教师 曹机良 孟春丽 2011年 12 月 22 日 摘要 冷轧堆工艺是在室温下的加工过程,由于冷轧堆加工技术具有投资成本低,能耗、水耗少,柔性生产率高、工艺适应性强,织物强度损失小等众多优点,目前在棉织物染整加工中广泛应用于前处理、染色、印花及后整理。冷轧堆的前处理工艺主要包括退浆、煮练和漂白,将汽蒸堆置改为室温堆置,极大地节约了能源和设备的投资,而且适用于小批量和多品种的加工要求。冷轧堆染色工艺流程短,设备简单,对环境污染小,因不经烘干和汽蒸,从而节约能源,具有浴比小、上色率高(固色率比常规轧蒸法提高15-25%),不存在染料泳移弊病等特点,特别适合对张力敏感及染不透等多品种、小批量的生产。据报道,欧洲活性染料染色有1/3是采用冷轧堆染色工艺技术加工。近年我国能源成本增加以及染料品质改进、新品种面市,印染厂采用冷轧堆染色工艺技术也越来越普遍。 关键词: 冷轧堆、染整加工、织物、应用及发展 Abstract Cold pad-batch process at room temperature process, because the cold pad-batch process technology has the advantages of low investment cost, energy consumption, water consumption and high productivity, flexibility, strong adaptability of process, strength loss of the fabric is small and many other advantages, present in cotton fabric dyeing and finishing processing is widely applied to pretreatment, dyeing, printing and finishing. Cold pad-batch dyeing of short process flow, simple equipment, little pollution to the environment, because without baking and steaming, thereby saving energy, having small bath ratio, high rate of color ( the color fixing rate than conventional rolling braizing method to improve 15-25% ), there is no dye migration defects and other characteristics, particularly suitable for the tension sensitive and dyeing through the many varieties, small batch production. According to the report, the European dyeing with reactive dyes have 1 / 3 is the use of cold pad-batch dyeing processing technology. In recent years, China's increasing energy costs and improving quality of new varieties available, dyes, printing and dyeing mill by cold pad-batch dyeing technology is more and more prevalent.
