Job-hopping Nowadays, more and more college graduates change jobs frequently. Therefore, they are too busy to be scorched by the flames. Then, is changing jobs right, or wrong? On the one hand, some people think, with the rapid development of the social economy and the development of society, knowledge has replaced traditional production elements such as capital and energy .Nowadays knowledge has been the core resource for enterprises’ and organizations’ development. So the college students often change jobs because they in order to find a better job and have a better income for improve oneself and family life, they can have a better abilities to face to the life which they have children or elderly parents to care for. On the other hand, other people think, students often change jobs but they can’t adapt to the new working environment, they are ambitious and they are not satisfied with the status quo, so they are busy with the job-hopping. At last, they are without a single success. As far as I am concerned, the graduates change jobs regularly is not a good thing. If they want to succeed, they must work hard, because the industry is a stepping stone to success, the sweat is adhesive of success. It is necessary to work diligently, and they should rely on circumspection, opportunities and courage. Of course, they can find a better job while they have enough confidence and strength.
