February is followed by March, which is the beginning of Spring. In the chinese calendar, it is the beginning of a new year, where everything will grow again. B: Like when snow melts, trees turn green again, and plants start to grow? A: Exactly! It is a very meaningful celebration,I guess. B: So, what do people eat on the day of Chinese New Year? Special foods? Yummy? A: As i told you, delicious family meal. Many foods are served, such us dumplings. Four-Joy Meatballs and maybe spring rolls? B: Sounds delicious to me ! What in the world is Four-Joy meatballs anyways? A: Oh, it's just meatballs braised in brown sauce. But, chinese people consider this something lucky to eat!
