承德市甲状腺疾病患者生活体验的现象学调查 刘铭;陈泳;李青;辛小林;周丽红;单伟颖 【期刊名称】《国际护理学杂志》 【年(卷),期】2016(035)016 【摘 要】Objective To explore the life experiences of patients with thyroid disease in Chengde to provide theoretical basis and effective prevention measures for the later prevention and control of such patients. Methods A to-tal of 13 patients with thyroid disease were given a semi-structured interview with the phenomenological research method of qualitative research, and data was analyzed by phenomenological analysis method. Results Three themes were sum-marized through reading, reflection, repeated comparison and generic conclusion: ①daily life diet; ②psychological and mental health; ③needs for disease-related knowledge. Conclusions Medical workers should deeply understand the causes of thyroid disease, and develop effective nursing intervention measures based on the existing reasons.
