早稻田大学综合型SC组织运营解析及其重要启示 白海波，刘志敏,汪波，姚唯众 （1 江南大学 体育学院，江苏 无锡 214122；2鞍山师范学院 体育系，辽宁 鞍山114007；3沈阳体育学院，辽宁 沈阳 110102） 摘要：推进综合型体育俱乐部建设，是日本政府为实现“体育振兴基本计划”发展目标实施的重点建设项目，并赢得了社会及国民的广泛认可。早稻田大学秉承“追求学术独立，学术活用，造就模范国民”的办学宗旨，不遵循旧体制的架构束缚，在挑战日本传统体育管理体制改革创新理念的驱动下，创建了综合型SC新形态与管理模式。对充分发挥大学得天独厚的“优势资源”服务与造福于社会，对提高日本国民健康机能和生活质量水平，推动社会、学校、竞技体育三者的协调发展等诸多方面，取得了实质的进展与实效。其组织运营的成功经验为我国大学体育改革以及大学与社会合作共谋社会福祉进步，促进体育强国与全民健身运动协调发展予以有益的启示。 关键词：综合型SC；早稻田大学；重要启示；日本 1231Analysis on synthetic sports club (SC) organization operation in Waseda University and its important revelation Bai Haibo1, Liu Zhimin2, Wang Bo3, Yao Weizhong1 (1 Jiangnan University, Sport School, Jiangsu, Wuxi, 214122; 2 Anshan Normal College, Sport Department, Liaoning, Anshan, 114007; 3 Shenyang Sport University, Liaoning, Shenyang, 110102) Abstracts: Promoting the comprehensive sports club construction is the key implementary project in government of Japan for achieving “Sports Promotion Basic Plan” development target, which earns the wide recognition of the society and nation. In accordance with the education aim “independent academic, academic utilize to create the purpose of model national school”, Waseda University refuses to follow the constraints in frame of the old system, establishing new formation and management model of synthetic SC driven by the reformation and innovation of philosophy to challenge the traditional sports management system in Japan, Which could make substantial progress and actual effect in many aspects such as bringing unique “advantageous resources” into full play, serve and benefit the society, advancing Japanese health function and living quality level, promoting the coordinated development among society, university and competitive sports. The successful experiences of organization operating could give great inspiration in reformation of university sports and cooperation with society for blessing development, also promote the coordinated development of powerful sports nation and mass sports activities.
