It is no denying that it is an excellent opportunity for the population to develop an identity with the state. It is the government’s responsibility to create more opportunities like this by putting more emphasis on sports. However, compared with arts, athletics is more fundamental. In other words, without a good health condition, people would not be able to achieve anything including arts.
