The Feasible Way to Solve the African American problem When I was little, I was told in the Chinese History book that Mao Zedong, the founder of the People's Republic of China, pursued the road of seizing power by armed people, and made a great success. So the first time I heard Dr. Martin Luther King’s Nonviolence Movement, I feel so confused. But after I read up his theory, I agree with him that Nonviolence is an effective way to solve the African American problem. As I read the passage “Where Do We Go from Here”, I always compare nonviolence with many other violence movements. Revolutions should keep from up to down style. The lower class wants to change the social structure is too difficult. In China, people wanted to gain power by nonviolence at first, but they failed. Then Mao Zedong found that according to china’s national conditions, we should seize power by armed people. Dr. King said in his speech, “few if any violence revolutions have been successful unless the violence minority had the sympathy and support by the nonresistant majority.” Blanks in American are not the majority. This is the American national condition. This situation doomed these blanks couldn’t get much support. I can feel a strong powerlessness from this movement. Nonviolence is the last thing they can do. 本文来源:https://www.wddqw.com/doc/5215ec2ef7ec4afe05a1df31.html
