和谐劳动关系综合试验区的试点成效与未来展望——以广东省深圳市盐田区为例 袁健 【期刊名称】《中国劳动关系学院学报》 【年(卷),期】2018(032)004 【摘 要】In order to explore new models and new ways of governance of labor relations in China, many places have made attempts in the comprehensive pilot areas of harmonious labor relations to explore new models and innovative ways of governance of labor relations under the leadership of the party central committee and various levels of government. The provincial and municipial governments co-construction of harmonious labor relationship comprehensive pilot area in Yantian District has come to the forefront of the era and is about to enter the conclusion and perfection stage. Based on the development of longitudinal historical evolution and horizontal governance perspectives, this paper summarizes the experiences of governance in the comprehensive pilot area in Yantian District.
