The Graphs show current rates of secondary and higher education among people in various parts of the world. As is indicated in the Graphs ,in Europe, the number of the secondary educated people is twice larger than that of the higher educated people. In Latin America and East Asia, there are more people with secondary education than higher education. However, it is interesting to note that in Sub-Saharan Africa , there are more higher educated men and the number of secondary educated women is the same as that of higher educated women. We can also find that there are more female with secondary education than male in most parts of the world with East Asia being an exception. In Latin Africa, rates of secondary educated male is rising from higher education to secondary education.
