1.basket n. 筐，篮，篓
shopping basket 购物篮
例句：My dad hates carrying the shopping basket．
我爸爸讨厌拎购物篮。
waste-paper basket 废纸篓
例句：Throw it into a waste-paper basket．
把它扔进废纸篓。

2.coin n. 硬币
flip a coin 掷硬币决定(to let chance decide between two possibilities by throwing a coin in the air)
例句：1.Tom and Kate could't agree on which restaurant they wanted to go to, so they decidad to flip a coin．
汤姆和凯特决定不了到底要去哪一家饭馆，所以决定掷一下硬币。
2.The two students got the same number of votes each, so the new chairperson of the student Union was chosen by flipping a coin.

2.It is June and watermelons have already appeared on the market.

6.square n. 广场；[数]平方
fair and square 公平，公正；光明正大
A:You did me a favor, so I'll foot the bill for the meal.

B:That's fair and square.
B:那很公平。

7.tune n. 1．曲调，曲子2．和谐，协调 vt．1．为（乐器）调音
in tune 和谐；不走音的(going well together; in agreement; correct flowing of music)
例句：1.In his new job, Fred felt in tune with his surroundings and his associates.
在新的工作岗位上，弗雷德对工作环境感到适应，和同事们也合得来。
2.The notes settled down and stayed more or less in tune.
音乐稳定下来，基本上没有跑调。
