历史认知、口号政治与国家治理的三种困境——基于对湖北X市的田野调查与分析 刘晨 【期刊名称】《领导科学论坛》 【年(卷),期】2016(000)001 【摘 要】回顾1949年以后的中国现当代史,政治口号无疑是一个将其串联起来的工具.同时,政治标语、政治口号作为中国的政治治理的工具,于国家治理有三点困处,一个是易变性,这种易变与国家选择的连续性存在悖论①;另外一个是因为政治承诺过多而兑现太少,这会导致政党形象的损害与公信力下降;还有一个是下级会扭曲上级的"口号"而擅自将国家意志再操作化,容易伤害到群众利益.本文择取了湖北省X市DJ新区的田野调查资料与访谈资料,又结合文献资料进行了一番考察与分析.我们认为,在转型与变迁的语境下,应该改变既有的治理策略,因为过去的"口号治理"在被看做是形式主义以后,导致了作为多元主体参与的个人"不在场",从而达不到"共治"与"善治".%After 1949,the Chinese contemporary history and political slogans is a tool to be together. By the same token,political slogans as China's political governance tool in three national governance predicament,one is the fluidity,the variable and the continuity of countries choose existence paradox. Another because political commit-ment too much and too little cash,this will lead to party's image and credibility decline,is another who can distort the higher"slogan"the country without authorization will again operationalization ,easy to harm the public inter-ests. This article will pick the DJ community in X city,Hubei province we had got the new field survey's data by interview,and combining with literature has carried on the investigation and analysis.
