研究生学术伦理的制度框架--基于社会学的新制度主义分析 朱炎军 【期刊名称】《研究生教育研究》 【年(卷),期】2016(000)006 【摘 要】研究生学术伦理的个体与群体共生、自律与他律共存、内在与强制共建的特征决定了制度建设的必要性。本文借助于社会学新制度主义的解释，对研究生学术伦理建设的制度基础进行探究，分析研究生学术伦理制度发展所需的规制性、规范性和文化-认知要素，并就如何改进和完善我国研究生学术伦理制度建设提出了建议。%The characteristics of the symbiosis of individual and group ,coexistence of self-discipline and external discipline and joint development by internal and compulsory efforts in the postgraduate academic ethics determine the necessity for institutional improvement .
