Gao Kao is a Chinese version of college entrance examination. Once it was probably the most important event in Chinese students' life, and it is still to some students. It is optional whether to attend this exams or not, so the choice lies in each student. Now more and more students start to take this choice seriously, and disreputes arose. As for me, attending Gao Kao is a better choice. Firstly, college education is a necessity for each student, and one can only get enrolled in a college in China with a score of Gao Kao. Secondly, preparing Gao Kao is a very valuable experience to help us grow, exactly for the reason that it is not a little trying and harsh. Lastly, unless better opportunity arise, applying for native colleges is the best choice for us to embrace a propectful future, which makes attending Gao Kao a necessity for each of us who choose to receive education home in China.
